Office Policies

We are happy to welcome you into our pediatric practice and help you take care of your little one’s health!

Please read the following policies before getting to your appointment, as they will ensure everything goes smoothly:

• If you are a recurring patient, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• If you are a new patient, please arrive earlier to fill out the correspondent forms.
• Always bring your child’s insurance card and shot record for every visit.
• If necessary, bring your preferred book or toy with you. We do not offer them at our practice to reduce cross contamination and the spread of germs.
