I love this place and my daughter doctor! The one thing I don’t like is they are unwilling to make any effort to try and fit a sick toddler who is running a fever in! So now we have to spend extra money on urgent care! Great! And the day after Christmas too!

Our visits at Katy Pediatrics are always quick and smooth, and Nurse Practitioner Kristin Fullen is a big reason why. She is truly lovely and kind, and she’s wonderful with my son. Dr. Gibson is a professional and caring doctor. She always have a kind spirit when it comes to treatment of my kid (great niece).

The front desk assistant is also professional, caring and diligent. She is always willing to help. She was able to work in my kid with an urgent appointment. Since they didn't take walk-ins I was grateful she was able to assist.

I have been using this practice for over 15 years. I love the Dr's and the atmosphere. I trust thier knowledge completely. Dr. Hebbah is my favorite. She's great with my kids and makes it fun for them to be there. She does research on meds that my child's other Dr's prescribed and found out they shouldn't be taken together. I thank the lord for her every day.

Dr. Hebah is outstanding and her manner with my toddler is clearly expert. We had pretty great experiences with pediatricians prior to this but she wins gold for actually caring about details from my child’s entire life and asking so many questions we felt seen! Peds usually talk at you and assume they already know, whereas she wanted to listen and understand the full picture! We went back and forth so much it felt like our kid matters to a doc and it’s not just good enough that she’s alive. Finally, my child’s *optimal* health is also her doc’s priority and I thank Dr. Hebah for that. Nurse and front desk all super kind too! $75 for out of pocket (much cheaper than surrounding $120).

I love Dr Gibson, and the NP that my children see as well. Have been bringing my 3 children to Katy Pediatrics since 2007. This is the only pediatric office 2 of my 3 children have ever been to. But recently they have hired a new person to the front office. She has been rude and condescending on the phone to me several times which I have dismissed and not mentioned. But just left an appointment and she was very rude when checking out. Brought this to the office manager’s attention (who had been there several years) and was basically dismissed. I will be looking for a pediatrician closer to home soon as I deal with the front desk more than the actual doctors (refill of meds, appointments, etc). And if this is going to be the mannerisms that are acceptable to them I will choose to go elsewhere for a more pleasant and professional environment. Giving 2 stars because I do love Dr Gibson.

Front desk staff are always very polite however they do not do walk ins in the event your child needs to be seen same day they tell you go to urgent care. Dr. Gibson respects my decision to decline vaccinations for my little one.
